Shipping Information

Shipping and handling charges using Standard Shipping have a flat rate:

  • Orders under $50.00 - $5.95
  • Orders between $50.01 - $119.99 - $7.95
  • All Orders over $120.00 are FREE to all the 50 US States

*Note: Heavier / larger items may include an additional shipping cost and are indicated by the truck icon along with specific handling charges stated on the item's detail page.

APO, FPO, DPO AND US TERRITORY ADDRESSES:

Orders to APO, FPO, DPO and United States Territory addresses are shipped based on USPS real-time costs depending on the weight of the package, delivery method, and shipping destination.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

The MyHDiet.com Store provides fast and reliable shipping to countries worldwide. For most international shipments, we use FedEx International shipping. The customer is responsible for any customs and duties that may be due and have not be accounted for at the time of order processing. If your order or certain products are confiscated by customs officials due to the items being restricted or any other reason for confiscation then no refund will be available. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the particular country’s custom office will allow the ordered products into the country with proper documentation.

SAME DAY SHIPPING GUARANTEE:

The MyHDiet.com Store offers a Same Day Shipping guarantee on most in-stock items ordered Monday - Friday by 1pm ET (excluding national holidays). Item eligibility can change depending due to product availability, so please check each item’s availability at the time of order.

STANDARD SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES:

The MyHDiet.com store processes and ships orders during standard business days (Monday – Friday). We will ship all of your orders using either FedEx or USPS with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 1-6 business days for continental US destinations. Please note: In some instances your order may ship in multiple shipments (due to product availability) and could use different carriers for each shipment.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES:

For faster processing and delivery you can select expedited 2nd and 3rd day shipping at checkout for an additional fee. Expedited orders placed after 1 PM (ET) may not process until the next business day. We strive to process all expedited orders placed before 1PM ET the same day depending on stock availability and the order successfully passes all necessary verification processes. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until the next business day (typically Monday).

PO BOXES:

The MyHDiet.com store will deliver to your PO BOX via USPS.

APO, FPO, DPO AND US TERRITORY ADDRESSES:

We must ship via USPS to all APO, FPO, DPO, or United States territory addresses. Shipping costs are based on package weight.

FREE OR DISCOUNTED SHIPPING:

From time to time, the MyHDiet.com store will offer free shipping on orders. If there is a order total needed to participate in the free shipping promotion, the amount needed is calculated from the order subtotal after discounts have been applied but before any applicable taxes. Due to the higher costs of shipments, we cannot offer FREE or Discounted shipping of any order that is shipped outside of the 50 states of the United States. As well, we cannot offer FREE or Discounted shipping to APO, FPO, DPO, or United States territories.

TAX POLICY:

North Carolina residents add corresponding state and county sales tax based on the shipping destination on all products excluding food products. Food products as classified by North Carolina with a shipping destination of North Carolina will be taxed at the North Carolina food tax rate of 2%.

BACKORDERED ITEMS:

Sometimes we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be backordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail or phone of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available. We will ship the in-stock items on your order right away and ship the backordered item(s) as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. In the event several items are backordered, you may receive several partial shipments.

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING:

All orders shipped will be provided with an online tracking number for status and location tracking. You can always e-mail at custserv@myhdiet.com or call us at (800) 915-9355 if you'd like to verify your order's status.

DAMAGED AND INCORRECT ITEMS:

If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us immediately via e-mail or telephone so we can resolve any problems to your satisfaction.

REFUNDS AND EXHANGES:

Return Policy

We understand, you ordered something and it’s not what you thought. No problem, most products can be returned for any reason. Send the items back to us within 60 days and we’ll refund your money. Once we receive the package, we’ll refund you via the same method of payment with which you paid. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping or restocking fees (unless, it was our error). If 60 days has passed since your purchase, we can’t accept this item as a return.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Circle the products you are returning on the enclosed packing slip. Please indicate the quantity you are returning of each item and reason for return.
  2. Pack the products securely in a sturdy package and include the packing slip.
  3. Return the package to Hallelujah Diet

Option A (Continental US Customers Only)

  • • Call our customer service to start the Return Merchandise process
  • • You will be sent via email a FedEx return label to attach to the box of merchandise that you are returning.
  • • Jot down your tracking number for your records.
  • • Drop your package at any FedEx drop off location. There is no postage required.
  • • Returns must be received within 10 days after RMA # is issued
  • • No refunds or credits will be issued until the item(s) has been received and processed. Refund amount will be determined upon item inspection.
  • • NOTE: A return shipping fee will be deducted from your return credit as a return shipping fee (unless the reason for return is due to our error).

Option B

  • • Address your package to: Hallelujah Diet, ATTN: Returns Department, 834 South Post Road, Shelby, NC 28152 USA
  • • Return package using your preferred shipping carrier.
  • • Returns must be received within 10 days after RMA # is issued
  • • No refunds or credits will be issued until the item(s) has been received and processed. Refund amount will be determined upon item inspection.
  • • Allow 2-3 weeks for your return to process. You will receive an email or call confirming your refund.

A FEW SPECIAL CASES

• If you're returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please contact our Hallelujah Diet Health and Wellness Ambassadors at 1-800-915-9355 for a prepaid return label (the shipping cost will not be deducted from your refund).

• Unopened books(original condition) and CDs and DVDs (unopened) can be returned. If these items are open and not in the original condition, then a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the order refund.

• If you ordered more than 1 of a specific product, only 1 of those items may be returned opened. All other items must be in a factory sealed container. (For example, ordered three bottles of the same BarleyMax product. You may return one opened, but the other two need to be sealed.)

• If you’re returning 12 or more of the same items that are not defective, there will be a 15% restocking fee due to inventory control. Quantities over 100 will not be accepted and will be considered final sale.

• If you’re returning equipment that has been used and is not defective, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the order refund. As well, if upon inspection once the equipment is returned in a stage that is not conducive for resell (ie. Uncleaned used juicer or uncleaned used distiller), then the restocking fee will be 20% deducted from the order refund.

• No returns on items that have an expiration date with 45 days of date of return.

• If your order or certain products are confiscated by customs officials due to the items being restricted or any other reason for confiscation then no refund will be available. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the particular country’s custom office will allow the ordered products into the country with proper documentation.

• Some brands also have special return policies, see below for more details.

SPECIAL RETURN POLICY BRANDS:

Please note, a few brands have special return policies and instructions and must be returned to the address they provide. These items generally are equipment like juicers, distillers, etc. Please call our Customer Service Department and speak to a Hallelujah Diet Health and Wellness Ambassador at 1-800-915-9355 for further assistance.
